Every Dr. Choice toothbrush is manufactured end-to-end at our facility in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, from raw material to final packaging.
The facility
Our production facility sits on a 40,000 sqft plot with 10,000 sqft of covered manufacturing space, purpose-built for toothbrush production at scale.
With a production capacity of 20 million+ units per year, the facility supplies both our domestic market and our export client base across the MENA region.

Stage production process
Raw materials
Polymers
Sourced from SABIC, ExxonMobil, and Kumho for consistent handle and body quality.
Bristles
Nylon 6,12 bristles, selected for durability and consistent softness across every range.
Wire
UK-sourced nickel-silver wire, used across our tufting process for reliable bristle anchoring.

Injection Molding
Handles and bodies are molded from raw polymer to precise specification.
CNC Tufting
Bristles are tufted into each handle with CNC precision for consistent density.
Hot Stamping
Branding and detailing are applied with hot stamping for a durable finish.
Packaging
Each range is packaged to its final retail or export specification.
Quality Control
Every batch is tested against our quality standard before it leaves the floor.
Warehouse & Logistics
Finished goods are stored and dispatched to domestic and export partners.
